Shipping Policy 

We ship via USPS. Once shipped, Honore & Company is not responsible for stolen, damaged, or lost items. If your order is stolen, damaged, or lost, you may contact USPS to file a claim for the merchandise. 

Manually Entered Addresses
Please make sure that the address that you provide (via manual entry) is where you would like to have your shipment sent.  Honore & Company is NOT responsible for mail that’s delivered to an incorrect address. We 
will no longer allow or create a USPS return label on addresses that were entered incorrectly. If you entered your shipping address incorrectly and your package returns back to us due to “Address Can’t Be Found” via USPS Tracking system you will be contacted and refunded (excluding shipping cost). 

ALL ORDERS TAKE 48HRS TO PROCESS AFTER PURCHASE. 

US Shipping
All orders in the US take 5 to 10 business days for arrival, excluding weekends, processing time, and holidays. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after the 2 week period. please notify us at info@honoreandcompany.com

Important Shipping Information
The maximum weight for First-Class Mail packages is 13 ounces. A package exceeding 13 ounces is classified as a Priority Mail item.
