Shipping Policy

For all orders, please make sure that the address that you provide (via manual entry) is where you would like to have your shipment sent.  Honore & Company is NOT responsible for mail that’s delivered to an incorrect address or lost, stolen, or damaged goods. Honore & Company  will no longer allow or create a USPS return label on addresses that were entered in correctly. If you entered your shipping address incorrectly and if your package returns back to us due to "Address Can't Be Found" via USPS Tracking system you will be contacted and refunded (excluding shipping cost). 

 

ALL ORDERS TAKE 48HRS TO PROCESS AFTER PURCHASE. 

 

US Shipping:  All orders in the US take 5 to 10 business days for arrival, excluding weekends, processing time and holidays. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive. If you still have not receive your purchase after the 2 week period please notify us at info@honoreandcompany.com

 

Important Shipping Information: The maximum weight for First-Class Mail packages is 13 ounces. A package exceeding 13 ounces is classified as a Priority Mail item.

 

Returns:


No Returns Will Be Accepted! Please be sure you are confident in your color selection.  Also, please be sure you are confident in what sweater or shirt size you want.  If you receive the incorrect color/size please contact our Customer Service department at Info@honoreandcompany.com.  We are not responsible for damaged or stolen goods once the product is in the hands of USPS.
